Begin softly
A short breath, then your words for today.
“Good morning. I saved you a quiet minute before everything begins.”
Caelia follows your day: a slow breath in the morning, a pause at midday, a moment to tell her how it went in the evening, and a softer way into sleep.

Her colour, her sky and what she offers follow the clock. Each moment fills in once you've done it, and nothing happens if you don't. There are no streaks to keep and nothing to lose.
A short breath, then your words for today.
“Good morning. I saved you a quiet minute before everything begins.”
A one-minute reset if the morning got away from you, or a hug and a few kind words.
“Middle of the day. Shoulders down, jaw soft. Better.”
Choose how it felt, then write it down or simply talk to her.
“The day is winding down. What stayed with you?”
Slow breaths with long, easy exhales, then goodnight.
“Let the day go. Nothing else is needed from you tonight.”
If you allow it, Caelia draws the real sky around her. Rain falls, snow drifts, the wind tugs at her, and in the morning the forecast is how she says hello.
Weather comes from Apple Weather. Caelia only uses your approximate location, only while the app is open, and only if you say yes.
She squashes, giggles and blushes under your finger. Her home stays quiet and uncluttered until you stroke her slowly, and then four small things appear. You can try it on her up there.
She grows as you breathe in and softens as you breathe out. No long breath-holds.
Tell her how you feel, in a word or a whole paragraph. She listens first.
A few words for you, right now. Your words for the day also wait on your Lock Screen.
Catch falling stars or play peekaboo. A minute of play with no levels, no streaks and no losing.
Over the days, Caelia gets to know you a little. She notices a heavy yesterday and starts the morning more gently. She doesn't keep score.
Write, or talk and she keeps it as text. Your days gather in a diary you can read back on your profile.
Only after one clear yes does she keep short notes from what you tell her, and later ask how things turned out.
Mention a birthday and she'll remind you when it comes. On your own birthday, she writes you a letter.
An umbrella for rain, a scarf for snow, a moon crown at night, a party hat on your birthday. Most of the time, she's simply herself.

Open it and Caelia settles on one side of the fold, with the four moments of your day on the other. Whatever you open, a slow breath or tonight's check-in, sits beside her, never across the seam.
Open Caelia on iPad, or on your Mac, and you'll find a quiet journal: a clean page, a serif you can sink into, and nothing else asking for your attention.
26 watercolor stickers, free for everyone. They're in Messages as soon as you install Caelia, and one tap adds them to WhatsApp.
Every line Caelia says follows what psychology research says helps, and what quietly backfires. Grand promises can make a hard day feel worse, so she doesn't make them.
“The universe provides.”
“You can take this one step at a time.”
Made in Switzerland, by a small team that would rather know less about you.
Your diary, your moods and what Caelia remembers are stored on your device, or in your own iCloud if you sync them. There's no account to create.
When her AI writes to you, it receives only what that one reply needs, such as the entry she's answering, never your whole diary.
Turn her AI words off in Settings and she speaks from her own hand-written lines. Weather and learning are off until you say yes.
A calm companion for iPhone: a small cloud who keeps you company through the day with short breathing, kind words and a place to tell her about your day. Her name comes from caelum, Latin for sky.
Caelia is free to download. Caelia Pro is an optional subscription that you can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings.
Yes. Her hand-written lines, the breathing and your diary all work with no connection. Her AI replies and the live weather need the internet.
No. She's a gentle daily practice, not a treatment and not a crisis service. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or to a local helpline. The app shows one for your region.
